Lomo Arigato Gourmet Food Truck

This post is a long time coming. Lomo Arigato is one of the first food trucks that Kim and I have ever been to. It is one of our favorite trucks that we still look forward to visiting. The owner Eric has merged the flavors of Peru and Japan into some very tasty dishes. Everything is cooked to order in their exhibition kitchen. Yes an exhibition kitchen on a food truck. At night it is a sight to be seen with flames galore. The menu is very simple but all are spectacular. Make sure you order extra Aji Verde sauce. You will for sure want it but watch out it has a kick.
